Week 10

October 30, 2017

Dear TK Families,

We are so happy that all of our TK students show so much enthusiasm and spiritedness for our Halloween Parade and Activities. All of the students’ costumes were adorable and very creative! We deeply appreciate all of the help from our Room Parents and volunteers who truly made the day special for everyone!

Red Ribbon Week was also a great success in that students participated in the campaign for a drug-free society.

This coming week, we will focus on the following:

Review of classroom routines and procedures
Review of classroom rules and behavior

Reminders:

November 1, Wednesday is All Saints Day. There will be a school mas at 10:30 for parents who would like to attend. Although our TK class will not be attending the mass, it is important to discuss the importance of All Saints Day and what it means to our Catholic faith to have spiritual role models to inspire us as well as honor the memory of those loved ones who have passed on to eternal life.

November 2, Thursday is Picture Make-up day. There is a form that was sent home in your student’s folder on Monday. Please make sure and bring this form if you wish for your child to have a retake of their school picture.

November 4, Friday - No school. Teacher in-service day.

Upcoming Events:
Book Fair - November 7-9, 2017

Blessings,
Ms. Faber and Mrs. Paragas
